Low Voltage Cables Return Policy

Low Voltage Cables offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Please contact our Customer Service Representative prior to the return to discuss any questions you may have about opened or partial returns.To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns, Low Voltage Cables offers free technical support to ensure you are getting the product you desire prior to returning the items. Please contact us during our regular business hours for any questions you may have.

How to start the return process request?

Please request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, order number, applicable SKU numbers and nature of the problem.

  •  > All products returned MUST be 100 % complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

  •  > You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Low Voltage Cables will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).

  •  > Low Voltage Cables strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refused Shipments

  •  > If merchandise arrives to you damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.

  •  > If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Low Voltage Cables to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Low Voltage Cables immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

  •  > If you do not notify Low Voltage Cables of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Low Voltage Cables to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Return Defective Products

  •  > DEFECTIVE returns may be returned directly to Low Voltage Cables within 30 days from the invoice date, at Low Voltage Cables discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

Return Non-Defective Prodcuts

  •  > NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Low Voltage Cables within 30 days from the invoice date, at Low Voltage Cables discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 10 % Restocking Fee.
    Please note: cables must be returned uncut/unused. Racks and shelf products must be returned unused/unmounted/unmodified. Cables that have been cut and rack/shelf products that have been mounted will not receive credit.

  •  > Original shipping charges (including the cost to ship "Free Freight" items) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
